Terms of Service
In General
• I reserve the right to refuse to any commission work for any reason.

• Prices are subject to change based on demand.
Payment
• Payment is in USD and accepted methods are Zelle, PayPal and Venmo.

•50% of payment is required with a signed contract to confirm and begin commission.
Process
• After receiving a suitable reference photo(s), I will begin your portrait. I may contact you with preference questions throughout the process.
​
• You may request up to 3 revisions before the piece is finalized. Any additional revisions will incur extra charges. Once the piece has changed hands, no revisions will be made.
Copyright
• You will own the original, but the copyright stays with me.

• I reserve the right to post the piece on my website gallery and may post on social media with your permission.
​
• You may not alter the original artwork or claim it as your own.
​
• You may not use the artwork for commercial purposes.
• Once I have started the work, there will be no refunds.
​
• If I am unable to do your commission for any reason after we have confirmed, you will get a refund. Do not do a PayPal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you.
